I dunno...I saw a picture of a guy that was weightlifting and his organs came out from down there...Its really quite disturbing!

for animals I know it is. My aunt had an iguana that was constipated. He pushed too hard and ended up pooping out his organs. This happened twice before he died from it.
As for people, it is quite possible.
