Agree with others it depends on the consent age in your state or country here in New Zealand legal consent is 16. But as for been pregnant at 17 I do think she is to young plenty of time later to have children live your life first before going down that road, I was personally 30 before I had my first, Fun, Career & Money first.

That really depends on the state or country you live in. In some places the age that you can give consent is 16, in others it is 18. It really depends on where you are at.

Since the guy is 25 years old (significantly older than she is), I would have to go with yes in most places.

In most states a female is of legal age at 17 yrs. of age.

it is not illegal that she is pregnant but that a 25 year old had sex with a minor. he could do time for that.

i live in Cali
and i have a friend that is 15 && is just about to have a baby of a 19year old. back to the point the boyfriend isnt in jail. he could of gone to jail if the parents called police and said that he was abusing of a minor but hes not the girl is just about to have her baby this month so..yea thats your answer..they could go to jail if accused to authoities

im not to sure. it depends on what is the legal age for sex. if she is under that age, then yea it would be illegal. in australia the age for straight females is 16.

it depends on the state, I know in MA they consider you an adult at 17 with special cercumstances

It depends on the state your in. In my state im pretty sure you have to be 16.
