I like benadryl. I use 1/4 of the typical dose and I start yawning one to two hours later and stay asleep for 4 to 6 hours. You can buy the generic version from Sam's Club for under $4 for 400 25mg. pills. Benadryl is an allergy medicine and the side effect is that it makes you SLEEPY. There is also melatonin, kava kava, gaba, hops, chamomile tea, scull cap and valarium root that some others use. Also increasing your magnesium intake. Good luck

Because of the fact that the longest spent without sleep was only 7 days, yes, you will get sleep again. Just drink a lot of water to flush the caffeine out of your system. I used to have energy drink contests with some friends at work and I always ended up being fine after a bit. Although doin that weakens your immune system, so i dont recommend it.

like hey mannn DOnt sweat it! I've had some insomnia cases before. Here are some tips for falling asleep:
1. Go to bed early! (The longer you stay up, the more your body will be immune to the late hours, and you wont fall asleep.
2. Watch the news This always puts me to sleep:)
3. Drink some warm milk before you go to bed (i hear from many people this works)
hope this helps. And dude i totally understand your situation
