How do I get the instructions for assembly?

I have an Upper Deck life-sized stand-up of Michael Jordan, and I cannot find the instructions for putting together the stand! I've already contacted Upper Deck customer service, and they were RUDE. So yeah - any help would be awesome!!!

Contact an Upper Deck supplier in your area and ask for help. They might have one in their store and you can look at it.
