There are probably too many to list. But I know the ones without the Pokeradar! It's Chimchar and its evolutions. Ponyta, Rapidash, and Heatran, the legendary Pokemon at Stark Mountain.

Only having the Sinnoh Pokedex and not trading.

ponyta, rabidash, chimcahar, monferno, and infernape are the only ones in sinnoh with the sinnoh pokedex. after that you get ones like heatran, magby, and more

You can catch one in the rock cave they also have zaptos hidden in a speacil rock cave place.
