i'd have to say Gorumplai Fenae (its a dish of live fish and liver gravy! and some other things i dont wanna know! bleh!) i dont know if that is a name everyone would know but it was served up once at fiesta party. (no offence people who were at the party)

Yeah i dont remember who brought that to our fiesta but it was just the nastiest thing in the world. this older women came around to our plates and just plopped the stuff on. (no body ate it, i sware NO BODY)

I have to admit, that sounds pretty disgusting. I was going to say sweet potatoes, which I personally can't stand, but they do sound a little more appealing than your live fish and liver gravy. That doesn't sound like much of a fiesta!

Something called "Balut"(I hope I spelled that right).It's basically a fertilized duck egg with a baby duck inside that they steam whole in the shell.You eat the entire thing,but they say the best part is the juice inside the shell.Too Gross!!!
