You can approach National Commission of Women and other NGO's and women organizations. Some men do realize their mistake and get back to their wife. You can send a request for Reconciliation at National Commission of Women. If you know the address of the parents of that mistres, go to them and tell them about the characterless act of their daughter. In Indian Society a mistress will remain mistress. Dont give divorce to him so that she can understand that her status is of "MISTRESS". Even the parents of that girl will feel ashamed that she is only a MISTRESS. Few men are unable to respect women and dont treat them equally. But slowly our society is changing. ...and men are learning that every lady has her own identity and she has the right to take decisions. This action will surely be a very strong step to throw her out.

First of all know your husband. If the mistress is supported by your own husband and if the child she has belongs to him
do you think it is possible to throw the mistress away?without his support. I can understand your agony.. first of all you have the right as a legally wedded wife to move the court and your husband is against it you may have to solve the problem amicably . You have not mentioned about whether you too have children. If husband really loves you and children he should cooperate with you... Finally if you want to send the mistress out of your husbands life.. your husband should act. in keeping her out of his mind.

File a criminal complaint her for trespassing your house under section 448 of the Indian Penal Code,1860 :- whoever commits house-trespass shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine or which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both. This is the only way out for throwing her out of your house. Although your husband will resist it saying the house belongs to him, but you as his legally wedded wife has legal right on this house to make complaint against any intruder.

Indian law does not allow the status of mistress. You can file a police complaint against her for trespassing.

Is the house in your name? If so, file a complaint of trespassing. Also throw your husband out. He does not deserve you.
If it is your husband's house, better divorce your husband and claim the house as well as punitive alimony and maintenance from him. Teach him a lesson where it hurts the most - in the pocket.
