Under the heading "Vehicle problem statements" it says
D/S engine mount broken R/A. Does this mean that the drivers side engine mount is broken for sure??

It is definitely R/A!

To Tommyburgz: It is in a space all on it's own under the heading that I said in my question. There are no columns or anything just the space with the heading.
It is a 94 Chevy Blazer S-10 4X4

Your mount is broken and requires attention. If repair is not completed this could damage other parts such as cv axles and joints.

R/A is not typically used as an operational abbreviation. I have only seen R/A used for "Return Authorization".

It could stand for Repair Authorization.

How is it used on the work order? Is it on one of the lines of the estimate, and if so can you write down what it says?
