1. I don't think this year. Give him a couple of more years. Again, he has Scotty Bowman's legacy to deal with in Detroit. Just keep that in mind. 2. Datsyuk already won a Cup in his rookie season. But the Cup is powerful when you win it, so I guess so. 3. Not for a couple more years. He is still at the top of his game, why quit while you're going strong? 4. The NHL needs tons of help. The games have gotten record viewers on VS, and maybe some high numbers on NBC on Saturday, but the NHL still has tons of rebuilding to do. 5. I think Howard could learn a lot from Osgood, but the Red Wings have been spoiled by having two good (well when Hasek was good) goalies on their team, so they will be iffy whether they go with Howards or someone else. Heck I would be sweating bullets if I saw Osgood get injured. 6. Copying never works. 7. I think Chelios needs to retire soon. Other than that, not many players this year...hopefully. 8. Nothing is ever certain...especially with the Hall of Fame and sports. 9. Watch VS/NBC to find out. 10. I'm too late. I have a feeling it will be a 4-2 series for the Red Wings.

I agree that Chris Pronger is the best defensman ever. The ducks will without a doubt win again with a team like that. They have the best goalie( Jean Sebastian Gigure) and some really good rookies. Like Micheal Mcdonald, he is not that new but not that famous either. Although he is really good.

well seeing as they are no longer called the "Mighty" ducks. i think that rules out that the "Mighty Ducks" will win again.

but in all seriousness, the ducks have a shot, but with all the Offseason fun that will take place this year with the Salary Cap and such, i can see plenty of teams to give the ducks a run for the cup.

NO sorry. they will lose key players do to new contracts the Ducks are like a MLB team buy to win the they will not have the money to keep supporting the team. never a sell out all season in Anaheim and the owners have been losing money for year since the Ducks joined the NHL as the Mighty Ducks of Walt Disney. even Walt Disney sold the team cause of losing to much money.

GO HABS GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Eventually. But not next year. No one has repeated in 10 years. And Scotty Bowman isn't going to come coach and make it happen. In today's NHL there are not likely to repeat. Last years finalists didn't even make the playoffs this year. First time ever.

It took 40 years to get the cup to California. Let see, California being the population of about Canada, who won it 16 times in those 40 years. California might even do well next year. But not Anaheim.

I think they will definitely be contenders next season once again with the young-guns on the team like Getzlaf, Perry, Kunitz.

They won't get rid of much in the off-season so they are very well going to be top contenders next season.

BEST OF LUCK TO YOU DUCKS FANS.

As long as they don't lose too many players, which I don't see them doing, they'll be fine. Selanne is a possibility as a player they are going to lose, but that will be more likely due to retirement than anything. Also, they still have cap room to make a run at free agents.

They are a good team, they will make the finals, but I don't think they will win the SC again next season.
