yes, if you go to www.msn.com there are a couple of rows of categories on the top of the page, if you look at the last column, there is A categorie titled "white pages" if you click on that A screen will appear, then type some information in like his last name, his first name (optional), his zipcode, and his state ( in your case: New Jersey). You will then have to find him if there's A list and select him by clicking his high lighted name this will take you to another screen. On the right hand side there will be some icons, click the one on top that says: "Find more information for __________" click that and then on the new screen select "get started" on the section titled "Background Check" this will take you to another new screen where you will then have to buy the Background Report. Right when I clicked preveiw for my answer I noticed you said for free, well...this might do you some good.

if you go to any NJ superior court house there is a free public computer set up for this purpose. but u have to go to the courthouse.
