Justin,
interesting question. There was Hitler before WW II, during WW II, and then at the end of WW II. There is a movie called Downfall (http://www.downfall.com) that received a nomination for an Academy Award for Best Foreign Film 2002. It will provide insight to you on the reasons Hitler would not capitulate; however, there is also a book by Max Hastings Armageddon: WW II from September 1944 to May 1945. It is a big read but will provide terrific details on not only Hitler, but the struggle of the common German person at the near end and end of the war.

Hope this helps. Ask something a little more specific and maybe I can provide/share what I know. Good studying - we can never forget what the Nazi regime did to the free World for 6 Years.

Best to you!
Gerry

Justin.

Could you please narrow your question? What you are asking is far too complicated to answer if one was to start with Hitler in WW1 and then discuss Hitler as Leader of Germany and then Warrior.

Useful books for you to read at some point in your studies.

The Nightmare Years 1930-1940 by William L Shirer
The Berlin Diaries By William L Shire
The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich by William L Shirer
The Rise and Fall of Adolph Hitler by William L Shirer

Shirer was an American reporter based in Berlin from 1934 to 1940.

Inside the Third Reich by Albert Spear to get a German perspective.

Adolph Hitler by John Toland as this is a very comprehensive summation on the personality and person of Hitler.

a million. Hitler did attempt to attack Britain in 1940. He released a important air marketing campaign against numerous important cities, inclusive of London, that lasted months and brought about hundreds of deaths. It grew to become into meant to be section a million of an complete invasion observed as Operation Sea Lion, however the air marketing campaign grew to become right into a failure, so the invasion in no way handed off. He DID attempt regardless of the undeniable fact that. 2. the U.S. grew to become into allied with Germany. They mutually invaded and divided up Poland at first of the conflict. yet Hitler made his maximum deadly mistake in 1941 while he struck against the Soviets (an attack that grew to become into codenamed Operation Barbarossa), which brought about the Soviet Union to connect the Allied reason. whether that they had no allies, Germany might have lost the conflict of attrition in Russia. The conflict of Stalingrad is a chief occasion. The Soviets lost over a million adult males, the conflict lasted months, and the Germans lost because of fact the Soviets vastly outnumbered them, and invading Russia in the wintry climate is between the main user-friendly deadly blunders of background.

Justin, you really should read about WW2 because a lot of the trouble the world is having now has to do directly (or indirectly)with WW2 which had to do with the treaty negotiated at the end of WW1.
You won't be able to see the similarities between the pre WW2 world and what's going on now.
Besides,I already did my report!
