Very possible. I remember a horrible gruesome photo from the Tienanmen Square crackdown in 1989 depicting just such a disturbing event. The victim's brain was largely intact on the street next to the body.

He got run over by an SUV. It was crushed like a egg. That was the only good part of the whole season. The ending and the rest of the season was a waste of time.
They couldn't even come up with something good, they had to show black screen. Talk about no creativity.
