I don't know what the lyrics mean, but according to wikipedia...

"Probably most remembered is the chanted refrain "Mama-se, mama-sa, ma-ma-coo-sa", featured prominently during the song's final bridge. With regard to this chant, writer Mark Anthony Neal says: "The lyrics (utterings really) were taken directly from the music of Cameroonian saxophonist Manu Dibango who broke into the American market in 1973 with his classic 'Soul Makossa'."

Hope this helps! :)

The term was originally a lyrical tribute of sorts to the 1972 song “Soul Makossa", a tribute to a Cameroonian style of music of the same name, by Cameroonian saxophonist Manu Dibango. The song contains the lyrics "mamako, mamasa, mako-mako ssa" which was essentially a scatting of the word "Makossa".
When Jackson recorded his song “Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin’”, the lyric underwent minor alterations to fit the rhythm of the track.

It means Moroccan Empire out far west. The Moroccan Kingdom is in West Africa. The Moroccan Empire is now known as the Americas. MJ was slipping in knowledge to help people known as blacks figure out their true identity and why they in America. Dinosaur bones have been found but no slave ships have ever been found. Blacks were known as Aboriginals, Moors and Olmecs before slavery and they were already in America before people wrongly labeled as Indians existed. Slavery happened but the importing of the slaves has not been proved yet. Blacks are not on the bottom of the social ladder because of skin color like we have all been led to believe, they are on the bottom nationless, language less, and cultureless because it was stripped and given to the rest of the world in order to hide identity and benefits.
