My high school graduation class of 93 students had THREE sets of twins. The names didn't rhyme, but there was clearly a relation between them in two of the cases. They were
Tom and Ted (two boys),
Paul and Pauline (brother and sister),
William and Sandra (brother and sister).

I think rhyming names for twins is kinda silly.
My mother has a twin sister. Their names are Piedad (Mercy) and Natividad (Nativity). She´s from Spain.
