The colors of what I bought was not the same when I got them and tried it. I asked my sales rep and she told me you cannot send it back. I don't believe her, is there someway I can send it back myself as I am stuck with a lot of products that did not look like in the book. Is there a number to call or some place to send them?

I am an Avon sales rep and yes you can send them back. They have a 100% satisfaction garuantee. She just sounds like she is lazy. A contact number:

I am an Avon representative. You can most certainly return products! Even if you have already used them, and found out they were the wrong color/you had a reaction to it, etc. Avon accepts the products as a return. I don't understand why your rep wouldn't want to send it back, because it wouldn't cost her anything. I would reccomend that you write to the customer service address on the back of the Avon catalogs. The address is:

I've been an Avon rep, and my mom is now, and that lady is lying, she probably doesn't want to have to refund you, but you can send them back. You have to go through her though I believe. You can get on Avon's website and call the customer number and tell them your situation and see what they say. If all else fails I would go to her and say you know Avon reps who say that you can send it back, they've done it themselves all she has to do is get on the site and mark to send it back and that it was the wrong color and whether it was used or unused and you will get your refund from her, Avon will just credit her account for that amount. But she will have to give you your refund, there is 100% product guarantee, I would just confront her about it. Hope this helps.

I suggest that you contact Avon directly. Your sales rep may be denying the return because is she accepts the return, she will lose her commssion and any other benefits that came from your sale.

Either way, you can always tell her that you're going with somebody else, another company, etc., and to inform her that word of mouth is the best advertising. That might change her mind.

You can send them back and change the color. Your sales rep is obviously lying. Threaten her that you could sue her for telling you that, because you CAN send them back. No questions asked.

A friend of mine had the same problem with avon she did call avon. their is a number to call its in the book. your avon rep. should have double checked your order with avon.

if you know the address send them back and ask for you money. if they refuse to give back you money i would either make a personal visit [ if its close.. or something]or sue.
