I don't find it sexist. I find the others typical of the celebrity-in-awe-easy-to-buy-off-if-you-have-the-money judicial system is a joke in this country. In all cases (and probably hundreds every day) you pointed out the punishment wouldn't have been handed down to you and me. But we can't afford the attorneys and contributions to judge's campaigns like the wealthy can.

I don't think she actually gor a DUI, but a reckless driving charge, she says that she only had one drink and that she was tired. She also snubbed the courts twice by driving without a valid license.
