Ok peace breaks out - I know hard to imagine
Who would lose ?
Ok whoever that is/was - they would "win" the most if we kept on fighting
Now - here is an idea - why don't we just get rid of the people who would lose if peace broke out ?
Fire them - ship them off to an island buy them a spaceship - whatever
Why can this not happen
Lets hunt down the people who would lose big time if peace was to break out and remove them ?

That is sooooo funny, but it is a really good point you are making, too! We could put them on a space ship and send them to Mars! *sm*

I believe that the "breakout" dynamic is only apt in describing war or aggresive behavior as relates to war. However, if a sudden cease-fire were to occur...all combatants would be the winners. Provided hearts and minds also accepted the cease-fire on both sides. In fact, all of humanity would be the winners! There's a great scene in the movie "Upon a Midnight Clear" illustrating how the atrocity of war can be transcended by something as innocent as a snowball fight between opposition forces on a Christmas eve...only to be utterly shattered by a returning American soldier unaware of what has transpired. War, in short, is the sum of all evil.

Extremists would lose. Those are the people who rule with power through fear. And they are found in all areas of life: religion, education, government, etc.
Wonderful as it may seem, it's very idealistic, and you would effectively be getting rid of the majority of the world because nowadays, it seems everyone is a zealot of some sort.

The chickenhawks would lose.
The muslims extremists would lose.
The war profiteers would lose.
Here's why it can't happen. People are always trying to kill others and disturb peace for their own ends. Some do it because others don't believe what they believe (see religious wars and many terrorist acts). Some do it because they make money off of wars. But all these folks are smart enough to use others to do their dirty work. You don't see Osama bin Laden flying planes into buildings - he got others to do it for him. You don't see George Bush fighting in the war he started - he has others to do it for him.
If folks had to actually fight in the conflicts they started, THEN you'd see more peace.

Peace doesn't 'break out'. It results from the side that actually wants peace DESTROYING the side that does not. In EVERY war their is a side that does not want peace. The US has never been and is still not that side.

Every violent, warmongering, hateful, extremist of every religion and stripe.
The problem is, though they are not in the majority, they take up a lot of space and would require a large area. Maybe we could send them all to Tazmania or something? Oh, uh, they'd find a way to attack us anyway.

The only way we could have peace in the near future is for one side to totally annilate the other, so the loser is whoever died.

Peace break out where? Don't tell me you are Miss USA and think "World Peace" can be a Reality! Liberals and their pie in the sky ideas. They live in a land of fairies and pixie dust.
