They shouldn't be able to get your money through an email address. However, they can "demand" you send them some. Don't fall for it, as it sounds like a scam.

Delete the message and move on.

90% of eMail is SCAMS (Phishing and other con-tricks), Advanced Fee Frauds ('You won the lottery', 'You have inherited $$$$ from your Uncle in Nigeria', 'Can you cash my Business Cheque for 20% comission ?"), Pirate Software ("MS Office cheap") and fake medics ("Buy Viagra")...

"Chain Letters" of the "You must send £XX to the person below or else (something nasty) will happen to you" come into the con-tricks section ..

If you have a Yahoo email account, turn on the Yahoo Junk Mail filter (SpamGuard) and most of this rubbish is filtered out ...

NB> NEVER click on 'hot links' in an email (no matter WHO is is from) and NEVER EVER open 'attachments' ... following fake 'links' in an email is the FASTEST WAY KNOWN to get some criminal to steal your Identity and empty your bank accounts ..

.. and clicking on 'unsubscribe' in a junlk email REALLY means "I am stupid enough to click on links, so please SELL my email address to all the other scam artists"
