A combination of a healthy diet, cardiovascular exercise and crunches will help quite well. Cardiovascular exercise can be running, fast walking, swimming, dancing, etc. Just choose an exercise that you enjoy so you can stick with it. You needed to exercise a minimum of 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes (an hour is better).

Congrats on your success with quitting smoking and good luck on losing your 20 pounds!

i heard of a plan that when you get up in the morning you cant eat until 3 hours later and you eat a meal every 3 hours BUT make sure they are small and be for you go to bed you can eat for another 3 hours be for u sleep
