I'm not sure I fully understand this question but if you are asking about it from the point of surgery to shorten the labia minora (the inner set of lips that surrounds the vaginal opening) yes some have but I would not recommend it unless you are having physical pain and irritation.

Also, insurance will normally not cover it because it's classified as a cosmetic procedure.

If you are talking about straightening pubic hair no, I don't know of anyone that has.
