1. how old are you?
2. what size (band and cup) are you?
If you are younger than 20, give it TIME!!!! You could grow into your 20's so don't worry about breast size, worry about schoolwork/college.
Getting obese, getting pregnant are the only two way so gaining in the breast area, though with obese means you get fat everywhere.
OR get implants.
My guess you are already a perfect size.
Big breasts aren't all that, I used to be a J cup, so I know what I'm talking about!!!!
I also know lots of guys who love "just a handful", so please don't get bigger breasts because people pick on you or because of a guy.

Will what you can do is go to your local Walgreen's, walmart, or target and fine some breast cream. Some people say it helps I don't know I haven't try it. Anyways to get bigger breast wit out surgery you have to buy breast cream. I think you should be happy wit what you got other then that good luck.

The only way besides surgery is to gain weight. To increase breast size--because much of breasts are fat--you need to gain more body fat.

bench press (lift weights while laying on back)
builds the muscle behind the breast resulting in bigger breasts.
look at the male body builders! they get boobs!
just dont go as far as them.
working the muscles there a bit can get you bigger

Hi, this may sound really silly but its a scientific proven fact.
Chickens, cows and pigs are pumped full of hormons so that when they are killed to make food, they taste better and are more meaty. When you eat these foods ALOT you will be "eating" the hormons as well. It will increase your breast size, after all hormons I am pretty sure go there first.

i looked up the same question and cant find any answer that works...i wear padded bras...no cream or pill will work,if a guy sucks em...it wont work either lol so you just gtta be happy with em...im flat as hell and gotta deal with it lol

you cant. implants is the only way. im 15 and flat. your lucky you at least have anything. be thankful for what god gave you.
