Why would you put it in the fridge when it DOESN'T say "refrigerate after opening" ?

Mine is in the pantry next to the honey and the pancake mix. Though I know of some people who do put it in the fridge...and do you have any idea how slow it moves down the bottle before it finally gets on the pancakes? Not fun at all...

I keep mine in the pantry. I use to keep it in the fridge but there is nothing worse than super sticky/hard syrup on your nice warm pancakes/waffles.
