Italians .... Germans...... Polish ...... Scandanavians....English.... Irish...... people from Slaviv/Balkan areas.....

then of course blacks from both the US southern states and those who were brought there either as servants or slaves during colonial times

there's still a few Native Americans too

you can just go to a reference site and look for the history of Pennsylvania and th city of Philadelphia. it will tell you the basics of who settled the area.
