No, it's okay to shoot illegal immigrants that are trespassing on your property.

Yes...but yet No. Because of who he is.

But before I kill him I would ask for an autograph so I can get the bounty on him after I kill him AND profit for the eBay Auction Autograph.

Thats what you call "Killing 2 Birds with One Stone."

So technically that is a murder so you would be charged for murder but then you would be considered a hero cause of again, who he is.

You wouldn't be charged with murder because he's a fugitive of the United States. You would probably get some kind of reward. Personally, I'd shoot his rear, there are little kids in my house and that SOB most likely wouldn't be there to try to sell me something.

I would not hesitate killing him. And no I would not be charged with murder because there is a bounty on his head.

The US government has a bounty on him, so you legally would be allowed to kill him. Plus you get $25 Million for doing so.

Of course. This is the U.S. after all.

His family would then sue you, the gun maker, the police (should have known you would kill him and prevented it), the taxi driver who dropped him off, and your lawn keeper (for not providing a safer place for him to fall, just in case he wasn't dead).

Im guessing if you killed him your house would get Bombed. But if you turned him in and made it seem like an accident...yeah thatll work.

Here in Colorado we have the 'make my day' law.

Unless your life was in immanent danger you can't justify killing anyone and they would say, you did a good thing, but you are charged with murder.
