You mean from the 'Axe' commercial, right? 'Bow chica wow wow' represents the kind of cheesy, tacky music used in 70s porn movies. When someone would get "turned on", you'd hear that wah-wah pedal guitar sounding music. "Bow chica wow wow"
It all fits with that theme they're going for in these Axe commercials, where women get turned on just from smelling the body spray a man is wearing.

It's supposed to represent cheezy 70's porn music - if you've ever heard anything from back then, you'd understand.
Back then, most pornos had basically NO budget - so the soundtrack was usually produced by one guy on a synthesizer...
Check out the Family Guy episode "Brian Does Hollywood" (season 3, episode 2) - where he goes to L.A. and becomes a porn producer. At the awards show at the end, check out the nominees for "Best Score in an Adult Film" ;););)
