Anyone know toll charges for Interstate 90?

I am taking a road trip this summer from Minneapolis, MN to Niagara Falls, NY. I know that there are tolls along the way. Does anyone have an idea of what this will cost for that route, or where I can find the information? I've done some research but haven't found a very clear answer. Thanks!!

Illinois: $1 at the Wisconsin line, then four toll plazas of $0.80 each, and $2.50 for the Chicago Skyway.
Indiana: $4.65
Ohio: about $6.25 to Lorain, where I-90 divides from the Ohio Turnpike andbecomes a free road.
NY: about $2.60 from the state line to Buffalo.
