i have the type of job where i can surf the internet all day, read, study, do whatever i want, basically, but i still get bored. what do you do to pass the time?

Wow, I thought I was the only one with a boring job like you. I am not kidding, it sounds like we have EXACTLY the same job!!
I can do whatever I want all day, as long as I am here and have the place open for others.
It does get really, really boring at times. A lot of times, I have a specific subject that I am interested in at the moment, so I research it on the net. Of course, I also spend a good amount of time here on answers!
I also bring stuff to do like books I am trying to get read, small projects that can fit in my backpack or whatever.
Some days though, there is just NOTHING to do. I hope you get some more good answers, cuz I am going to come back and look at this and see if there are any ideas for me of what to do.
Oh yeah, someone once suggested that I take an online course while I sit here basically doing nothing -- it would be like getting paid to go to school. I am thinking about trying that. It could be interesting.
Good luck finding something cool to do though. I don't know how much longer I am going to last here though, cuz it is really getting old.

Well I work all day at the local school district,but generally I like Yahoo/Answers that keeps me amused,or aolgames.

that's easy i just try and seduce my man and have sex with him if that doesn't work i watch a lot of tv or take the dog out for a long walk.
