Has anyone used similasan Eye drops in a child under 2? I can't get into my son's doctor till tomorrow and went to the pharmacy and found these OTC drops, but the package says safe for kids over 2 only. I don't want to do anything hurtful but want to relieve some of his uncomfortable symptoms.

Use plain saline eye drops [ no meds added ] to moisturize his eyes without stinging, etc.
Don't 'dose' him with anything, he is too young for over the counter meds.
Clean his eyes with warm, wet paper towel you can toss, because pink eye is VERY contagious. Keep wipes or purel handy, and wash his and your hands frequently.
Anything that touches his face should be disposable.

I would call the dr and see if they can send something to the pharmacy for you...prob wouldn't give baby any meds unless dr says ok.
