First, with the pain in your ovaries, I would definitely see your gyn.
There are alot of things that can cause yeast infections.
Are you overweight? Frequent yeast infections are common in overweight people.
Are you on antibiotics? Antibiotics can cause yeast infections.
Do you wipe Front to back? I hope so as this is something else that can irritate it.
I am not a Dr. so I can't say that yeast infections can bring infertility, but whatever is causing the infections may do that - so see your Dr.

It is most likely due to your diet, which is something an gyno can discuss with you in terms of changes you can make to prevent future infections. It is also possible that the original infection never quite went away so you need to be treated with a longer, stronger dose of antibiotics.

It is likely due to your diet. If your vaginal mucousa is too acidic, you keep having over growth of the yeast that lives there normally. Suggest you cut out refined sugars, especially sodas, diet or otherwise, and take lacto bacillus capsules which you can get at any supplement store or drug store that sells supplements.

no, most women are just prone to yeast infections, from the meds they take to the soap or what they eat, just be careful and keep it clean and dry at all time

hopefully you'll get a better qualified answer than mine, but i know that yeast is due to a nutritional imbalance. eat more live cultures, like activia yogurt, and definitely keep multivitamins in your system. good luck
