i beat the game, but i wanna replay it all right, i cant find the hidden information disk in the prison, can somebody help me out

my 10yr old says in the X-box edition you have to crawl under the bed in the cell and go through the gap,sneak past the guard,climb ladders then you go through a door..He cant remeber whats next but hopes this is of some help he also says rip the poster on the wall as there is also a gap there...
