The question is contradictory. By 'feel' you mean 'think' and thought cannot capture life. The 'more' you are implying is the very thing you are looking past to find. You are running away from the answer because you are driven by the 'more' which is an imposed need. Kill the idea of a need for more and live.

It isn't that that dept isn't there, it is that you don't know how to see it. Start a practice of meditation as it trains you to be more in the moment of "now", and to see deeper in that moment, to see the beauty in the mundane. If you put several moments in a row, you have a good chunk of time that you are experiencing that you will get more out of life from.

I think everything we experience is a paralell to some higher reality,and we miss the significance of much of what takes place in our personal experience,much as an ant crawls across a car fender and doesn't know it from a rock. We do not even begin to comprehend the scope of our reality.

Joseph Campbell in his research on mythology came across the three paths to eternal aliveness.
Being, Transcendence, or Bliss
He had no idea what 'being' meant, no clue what 'transcendence' required, but he understood his 'bliss' perfectly. He was already living it.
If you want to experience "full aliveness" those are your options for achieving it.
