The one with small Ea.
Think of energy of activation as a "bump" on the road; which bump would be easier for you to pass over? The bigger one (large Ea) or the smaller one (small Ea). So, small Ea would cause more reaction to happen, i.e. faster reaction occurs.
Chemical reaction (or nature, pretty much) is a lazy fellow, it'll always choose the easier path :-)
