Seriously, practice.
I practice positive behavior and even athletically, when I feel I'm in a slump, it's practice, practice, practice.
It's amazing how therapeutic and relaxing it is for me.

I take a time out and just relax. I listen to music, take a shower, nap and get down and read my bible and PRAY!
