I am a borderline democrate (however I always vote for the person I feel will do the best job no matter the party)
I am against granting legal status to illegals. I know several people who have come here legally and have paid a lot of money to the US and attorneys to process their paperwork and are being denied after living, working, and paying taxes for 6 years and more. I don't think it's fair to grant illegals status and not the ones who have abided by all of the laws period.

I am a Libertarian.
I am against the bill. First of all, we wouldn´t have the situation we have now if the current law were actually enforced. Why should I now believe that if we have a new law that it will be enforced? Many of our country´s issues don´t require new laws but enforcement of the existing laws.
Next, let´s face it, if you are a Mexican with a 140 I.Q., straight A´s and a good character - you´re screwed!!! They have such a backward, corrupt economy of cronies that most Mexicans don´t even have the chance to succeed or fail. I don´t blame most of them for coming to the U.S.
Quite honestly, I believe in the long-run, it would be better to build the wall and ship all 20 million of them to the other side. Why? If the Mexican government had a problem like that fall in their lap, they would either be forced to liberalize their loser economy or face a much-needed revolution.

I am a republican but believe permitting another crop of illegals to stay here instead of throwing them out will only bring the next flood of illegals. Big business needs to be shown the people of this country still have power and will not tolerate the disrespect of our laws to serve big business. The only way I could support a program to ease the policy would be to deny all illegals access to entitlement programs, including social security for at least 15 years. Those who are not here now could not use family ties to gain access.

sure, yet this bill on my own won't provide up unlawful immigration, you could desire to renounce it on the source. i do no longer propose build a 50 ft fence alongside Mexico's border, I propose we would desire to step it up in border enforcement, yet keep in mind it is not basically Mexicans we would desire to continually concentration on, how approximately those unlawful SVR Russian spies that got here from Canada?! additionally, Mexican drug cartels are pissed at this new regulation, those men are paramilitary, I say deliver extra national preserve alongside the border. P.S. i'm a 1st era Mexican-American, I examine the bill there is not any longer something racist or any enter of racial profiling interior the bill, it incredibly is, as long simply by fact the regulation is enforced wisely.
