The "Mother of Five" who has promised to clean up Washington has a son who has been hired by Info USA at $180,000 a year as "Vice President of Stragegic Planning", without having any experience and being able to keep his day job as a loan officer in California. Info USA was cited by the New York Times for compiling lists of names purchased by scam artists who cheat elderly Alzheimers patients into thinking that they had ordered expensive merchandise. Once the victim provided their financial information, their accounts were emptied. I'm sure that mom's new job had nothing to do with junior's cushy deal. Of course, since he didn't have to show up for work at Info USA's offices in Nebraska, he probably wasn't involved in the scam. Ethics in action!

These answers once again prove that the two major party supporters have high standards for the party they don't like and low standards for the party they support. Here's a novel idea, support high standards for the party of your choice. Even better, choose a party with a history of integrity. Get a clue, that would not be Democrat or Republican.

Yes, just another story about politicians being all talk and no substance (this goes for ALL politicians regardless of affiliation). There may be an occaisional politician that actually cares, but he is soon corrupted by the system.

First of all, just because the New York Times "cited" something doesn't make it so. I agree, it looks bad for the company, but let prosecutors get at the whole story before you get your shorts in a bunch.

Secondly, not all companies have 100% ethical employees. That does not mean that the parent company condoned or asked for the unethical behavior. There seem to be some bad apples in every basket. Maybe Info USA fired people who did the things you stated. (We can only pray that it did!)

Thirdly, it IS possible that Info USA did not know that the companies that purchased their lists were going to use them for nefarious purposes.

Fourth, is it possible that Pelosi's son was hired to look into any accusations of wrongdoing? Or that he is there to "fix" the company's image?

You jump to some really wild conclusions in your question, and I admonish you to step back and get all the facts first. But, no matter what the truth may be: Pelosi's son is a separate individual from his mother. There is nothing in the world that says parents and children think and act alike. If the only criminals in the world were born only TO criminals, it sure would be easy to stop crime, wouldn't it????
