Okay heres a quick list - Palkia, Azelf, Mespirit, Uxie, Weavile, Milotic, Drapion, Lucario/Riolu, Gible/Gabite/Gachomp, Spiritomb, Gastly, Pachirisu, Cranidos/Ramparidos, and Abra/Kadabra/Alakazam (LOL).
Also, in case it helps, I'm finished the Second Gym and just got off of cycling road. I have a lvl 24 Monferno, Lvl 23 Prinplup and lvl 22 Luxio. Compatibility check?

palkia= after the 7gym in mt coronet
azelf, mesprit, and uxie= in the three lakes after capturing palkia.
weavile=evovle sneasel with razor fang-
milotic=catch a feebas with super rod and put the max stat in beauty.
drapion=safari game.
lucario= iron island after the 6 gym.
gible=wayward cave.
spiritomb= get an oddkeystone and then talk to 32 people in the underground, he should be on the tower.
gastly= in the tower.
pachirisu= route 204-
cranidos= revive a fossil from the underground.
Abra=route 203

Palkia,- if u have diamond version u need to trade with someone who has pearl
Azelf-lake valor
Mespirit- after seeing it @ lake verity you must chase it around Sinnoh.
Uxie- lake acuity
Weavile,- Evolve a Sneasel by letting it hold a razor claw, @ nite and lvl it up
Milotic- feed Beauty poffins to your feebas until it has great beauty. then lvl up ur feebas
Drapion-safari zone in Pastoria
Lucario/Riolu- a Riolu egg is given to you on iron mountain after helping this guy out. (he looks that guy from Lucario & and mystery of mew movie)
Gible/Gabite/Gachomp- Gible can be found in the wayward cave under cycling road, pretty rare
Spiritomb- get an odd keystone (in the underground) and place it in the broken tower south of solaceon town. talk to 32 people (actual players ) in the underground, they cna be the same person 32 times.
Gastly- Lost tower, or old Chateau
Pachirisu- route 205, Valley windworks
Cranidos/Ramparidos- dig in the udnerground for a skull fossil, then take it to the guy in the museum in oreburgh
and Abra/Kadabra/Alakazam (LOL).route 203 and 215

Your team is fine, but work on finding a good grass & rock/ground poke's. Dragon pokemon are great also.

Palkia: Legendary pokemon, can only obtain via completing the story-line.
Azelf, Mespirit, Uxie: Same as Palkia.
Weavile: Evolution of Sneasel, see the outside of Snowpoint city
Milotic: Unobtainable in D/P, see Emerald/Ruby/Sapphire
Drapion: Evolution of Skorupi, see Safari Game in Pastoria City.
Lucario/Riolu: Same as Palkia/Lake Spirits
Gible/Gabite/Gachomp: Wayward cave
Spiritomb: After speaking to 31 people underground, use the Odd Keystone at the Hallowed Tower,
Gastly: The lower tower
Pachirisu: Eterna Forest
Cranidos/Ramparidos: Dig an skull fossil up underground and give to fossil scientist in Oreburgh city
Abra/Kadabra/Alakazam: You can find Abra/Kadabra in many places, I suggest looking back near your hometown in the grass.

Palkia, Azelf, Mesprit, Uxie - regular storyline.
Weavile - Evolve Sneasel holding Razor Claw at night.
Milotic - catch feebas and max its beauty and make it evolve.
Drapion - evolve skurupi or random appearance on safari game
Riolu - Iron works, get egg from riley.
Lucario - make rioule like you and evolve during the day.
Gible - wayward cave (entrance hidden by the cycling road) needs strength to access the area where it is.
Spiritomb - meet 32 players underground. Talking to npcs do not count.
Gastly - common in old chatteu
Pachirisu - common in windworks valley.
Cranidos - Trade from Diamond
Alakazham - Evolve Kadabra by trading.

I'd have a psycic dark fire water grass and rock type for the pokemon league
