Sorry to burst your bubble, but Bush is far from an utter failure. Among his successes are:

1. Passed tax cuts which got the economy reved up again.
2. An excellent response to 9/11, and excellent job fighting of the war on terror, Iraq excluded.
3. The No Child Left Behind Act.
4. The Senior Prescription Drug Benefit.

And yes, Bush should be invited to help a Repub candidate when that candidate is pushing his/her economic agenda, as Bush's economic record is excellent.

I would not be surprised if this is the not going to be the first time in history that a two term President is not asked to endorse the candidate. They might backdrop him saying he approves of the candidate but doubt highly if they will put any focus on the fact that he does. Have you ever seen such a dismissal of a President during an election race from his same party? I know I haven't.

Not everyone thinks of the President as a failure. Cleaning-up the Hill Bill Clinton messes has been a real challenge and defending the world from terrorism isn't easy.

If it's Giuliani, absolutely. Rudy is that much of a fanatic. If it's McCain, probably. He's a good soldier first and a good American second. If it's anybody else, I think the odds are anywhere from slightly to completely against it.

Go ask Saddam if Bush is a failure. It's amusing how you liberals make up lies and state them as the truth, then ask people to accept your lies as a condition to answer your questions.
Yes, Bush will campaign for the Republican Presidential candidate. If you are old enough to remember the 2000 election, you know AlGore refused Clinton's offer to campaign for him. Now be a good little liberal and make up more lies.

The premise of your question is wrong. President Bush is not an utter failure. Look at your own self in the mirror.

After Clinton was in office, even his own Vice-President would not take advice from him.

Probably.
But Clinton, who Really was a utter failure, was told to SHUT UP, by Al Gore.

Gore would not allow the Evil Clintons to even show their faces, while he campaigned.

That was pretty much answered at the last Republican debate - lots of Bush-dissing.
