Lots of things such as. A sunny day
seeing my children happy
my dog
my chooks when they come to greet me
mycats when they curl up on my lap
my garden when it's full of flowers
My home even when it's a bit messy
My husband especially when he does something special
my friends
sitting in front of a roaring fire in Winter
sitting quietly in church after Mass
watching my favourite TV and lots more.
Basically I think I'm a happy person to the core most of the time.

Does anyone really know what makes them happy. Little things please us, but finding true and meaningful happiness is a search that lasts a life time and a lot of times just when you think you have it, it will slip right out from under you.
