I lost my happiness when my soulmate passed away. I am no longer happy

I try my best to find my own happiness most of the time...but just once in a while, I'd like a little help during those moments when I can't quite locate it.

You don't need someone else to make you happy. The only person that came make you happy is you. You have to live your life and make choices in order to learn what is right and what is wrong.

If you are not first happy with yourself, then you are taking baggage and issues into the relationship. You'll expect that person to "fix" you or to "complete" the emptiness you feel. You have to love yourself and then be able to love another....and it's the same for being happy. NO ONE can MAKE you happy...you have to deal with that on your own.

No. You make happiness of your own to be happy. Another person isn't going to make you happy if you're not happy with yourself.

I'm an island. Okay, maybe a peninsula. Hmmmm....maybe an archipelago. I don't "need" someone special to be happy, but it sure is nice not to have to always rely on myself to find it all the darn time.

No I don't. I'm perfectly happy and quite content. I have my own life. I have just made room for him in it. I like having him there.

I prefer to see someone special in my life happy, it brings me more joy than making myself happy. and babe if you are happy then I am happy. and if your not happy let me know so I can cheer you up.
