Do you think that it's morally justified if a black person kills a white person, rapes a white girl, beats up a white person due to the years of rape, torture, murder and slavery of blacks by whites in America?

Hate crimes, regardless of who commits them or who is on the receiving end, are wrong- period. Nobody wants to be a victim of a hate crime, and that is independent of anybody's skin color or the like. Two wrongs do not make a right, and all people deserve to be treated with respect.

First off I think some of these answers to this questions are retarded (poo poo and rukidding).First off yes slavery existed in Africa yes but not with the conditions that were thrust upon us by many white slave owners. Many times those slave in African tribes became members of the tribe/family. Secondly, yes they sold other black people from other tribes to European but they had no way of knowing how brutal and inhumane white people could treat someone just because their skin did not look like theirs. Is slavery acceptable to any degree? NO, but slavery done by the white on Africans was just ridiculous. And as far as black people being immoral, it wasn't that many years ago white people hung a black man from a tree after they castrated and watched him fight for his life. Or when a an entire black city was destroyed because some crazy white lady claimed a black man raped her, and it certainly wasn't that long ago a group of white men blew up three innocent black girls in a church who had done nothing wrong. You call that moral? No it is not right for ANYONE to rape, kill, torture, beat etc However, what most black people have an issue with is the fact that black individuals are statistically more likely to receive a harsher punishment than a white individual who commits the same exact crime. Now that is unfair.

Hehehe, hell no. The history of the Irish was pretty brutal too, but I don't think I'd be justified to torment the English descendants. Going along that thinking, I'd be justified to commit crimes against black people since I have endured hateful, violent crimes at their hands. Black people of this day and age don't know a thing about what their ancestors went through, and they are often too selfish to learn of the plight of others in this country and others. NO ONE ever deserves more than what they earn - affirmative action and government assistance is more than enough unnecessary retribution.

Besides - the ancestors of black people are just as much to blame for slavery as the rich white folks were. Not something minorities like to talk about....

You are making the assumption that a black criminal would purposely pick on a white person. It happens, don't get me wrong, but more than likely these crimes are commited for opportunity as opposed to personal vendetta.
Even criminal profiling shows that white people are more calculating in their criminal acts. When, after all, was the last time we saw a black serial killer?
Don't give yourself that much credit.... black criminals rob, or rape, or kill to protect themselves or gain something in some way.... it doesn't matter what color the victim's face is.

Let's see....NOOOOOO!!! No crime is justified let alone hate crime! Look pal, my family came to this country long after slavery was illegal! Studies show, and watching the news every night proves it, that there is very little "Black on White" crime. Most of it is Black on Black. How would you explain that? Blacks in Africa sold their own into slavery or helped slavers catch their own people! Racist and bigotry is not acceptable and not explainable for any reason!
