Yes, and don't let yourself be talked into anything else. All you need is pre-ejaculatory or ejaculatory fluid near the opening of the vagina. Pregnancy in such a case is less likely than with penetration, but is still definitely possible.

It is conceivably (no pun intended) possible. There can be a small amount of sperm in pre-ejaculatory fluid (also known as precum). If ANY part of the ejaculation process occurs close enough to the vagina, sperm cells can migrate into the woman's body and make their journey to the waiting ovum. The sperm then fertilizes the ovum and the woman is pregnant.

Yes, it can. Sperm that are deposited outside the vagina have a small but finite chance of making it all the way to the egg in the fallopian tubes, and fertilizing it.

yes as long as semin can get into your vaginal canal it can get to your egg. Just like they warned in Sex-Ed in my day if it gets onto your leg, the chances are slim but the sperm can travel up to your vagina.
