why do we have the option of reporting in the first place just like tv, radio, or anything else if ya don't like it change it or don't respond.
where are our rights going?
It's just another "perk" that is designed to make you want the higher levels. Does it work? You want to touch that thumbs down, don't you?

lol...doesn't make sense to me, either. The only thing I can think of is that maybe they want to elimate some of the "would be" trolls that only want to go around perstering people by giving a bunch of thumbs down. lol
