You will be able to know easily if he has a crush on you and if he does just make sure he isn't never alone with you, you never know you know.

wait until you're out of his class to pursue him if you're interested.
one of my friends screwed her professor when we were in college and she ended up getting him fired and her reputation was ruined.
she left school and never got around to returning.
