I agree with clarity. Those names do not do anything for me. All the people who said the poor kid will be forever being teased, and forever having to spell her name, are right. Give the kid a chance. Make it a "normal" name, though cute or unusual can be appealing. And spell it properly. I have one poor little niece, now in fifth grade, who still cannot spell her "real "name because of her mother. She uses a nickname that is only 5 letters long

I like the first two, but not LaVeya. Also, if you have to tell people how to pronouce it, you might want to change the spelling, but not necessary for a middle name. They all sound good with Thompson!
