The sack sags and tightens as the testes try to regulate the temperature of the sperm. Look at a dude's sack coming out of a cold stream, It won't be saggy. A bra for it could cause fertility problems.

The skins contract and relax in response to temperature. When it's cold, the skin contracts so the "balls" will be closer to the body to keep it warm. When it's hot, it relaxes to move the balls away from the body a little further. It's a mechanism to maintain an ideal temperature environment for sperm production.

LMAO! Um...do you really want tight, wrinkled, pruny, baby-lookin balls?! If so, good way is to "***"(sheesh they edited this word) / ejaculate as much as you can (its only temporary) or cold water shock. And i think some guys just can't get tight balls no matter what they do. Wear some briefs to hold them "sagggy balls" in an cupped position. Good luck to you and yo balls! :)

They don't feel it to be an issue typically, except perhaps during sports, and that's what a jock strap is for.
They cannot get too warm, or the sperm die...which is why guys and animals with undescended testicles are typically sterile.

If they are saggy it's probably hot... when it's cold they will suck back up.
Unlike boobs.... once they start sagging only an operation can save them.
