My computer speakers arn't working?

They play really quiet and make a buzz and the volume is up all the way. I even stuck in head phones and they did the same thing any Idea what is wrong.

Okay what you do is there should be a green cord and a pink cord and near the bottom the should be a green ring stick the green end in there and same thing with the pink one. Lol you might need new ones because you might of blown the speakers.

Speakers are blown. get new speakers, unless you have access to a really good repair shop.
