I'm sorry your doc is putting you through the wait. They'd likely be able to tell in as little as 24 hours if the levels are decreasing, and 48 hours to see if they're doubling to indicate a continuing pregnancy. That level is very, very low...I don't want to cause you further grief but you have likely miscarried. Keep your appointment and I hope either way you'll be okay.
(don't waste your $ on a pregnancy test, they are very sensitive and will show positive for weeks after a m/c)

nicely 3-4 weeks its kinda no longer basic to get an precise HCG point to make certain in case you had a miscarriage or no longer and that they could do a sonograph to work out if the sack/egg is asserted to you lining and in the event that they cant see it then likelihood is you miscarried plus its a ER no longer at OBGYN so which you cant extremely blame them reason they focus on completely diverse fields yet once you're taking yet another blood attempt in a week or 2 and the HCG stages are a similar or happening then likelihood is which you are going to have/had a miscarriage and because your no longer very far alongside it would be in basic terms like a common era and in line with danger a average bit greater cramping yet you will possibly no longer be waiting to tell yet they additionally say that having intercourse mutually as pregnant you each each now and then get alittle blood and its no longer something to fret approximately my buddy grew to become into around 9 weeks and had 6200 hcg stages and the subsequent week it grew to become into 2300 and that they couldnt discover the sack so they stated that she had miscarried yet she didnt have any undesirable bleeding/cramps and he or she theory that she already had handed it till approximately 2 days later till it finally got here and he or she went returned to the ER and had a D&C performed that nite reason it grew to become into hurting her to lots so till you have a persevering with secure flow of blood (small or great) then your toddler could be ok reason while she began in the start it grew to become into like the start of a era then 2 days later is while it have been given undesirable and the clots began popping out good success

I never had My levels tested, but I found a chart that says you would be about 3 weeks or so.
Guideline to hCG levels during pregnancy:
hCG levels in weeks from LMP (gestational age)* :
3 weeks LMP: 5 - 50 mIU/ml
4 weeks LMP: 5 - 426 mIU/ml
5 weeks LMP: 18 - 7,340 mIU/ml
6 weeks LMP: 1,080 - 56,500 mIU/ml
7 - 8 weeks LMP: 7, 650 - 229,000 mIU/ml
9 - 12 weeks LMP: 25,700 - 288,000 mIU/ml
13 - 16 weeks LMP: 13,300 - 254,000 mIU/ml
17 - 24 weeks LMP: 4,060 - 165,400 mIU/ml
25 - 40 weeks LMP: 3,640 - 117,000 mIU/ml
Non-pregnant females: <5.0 mIU/ml
Postmenopausal: <9.5 mIU/ml
* These numbers are just a GUIDELINE-- every woman’s level of hCG can rise differently. It is not necessarily the level that matters but rather the change in the level.
I agree that she should be able to test you again.
However since oyu haven't had a period in so long I would have to assume that you had a miscarriage. have you felt any different lately?
I hope everything works out for you...keep us updated.

well for one, you could take a pregnancy test again to tell whether you are or not. Two, she is your doctor! Tell her that it is her job to do what you ask of her (within reason) and that you demand that she give you a blood test.
Also, did you have bad cramping with the bleeding? and was the blood red or pinkish/ brown? If you didnt have severe cramps and werent bleeding red blood then you should be fine.
I wish you the best!!!! and good luck

It does look like you are miscarring. Your levels should be way higher by now. The level you are at is the appropriate level for a pregnancy about a week past ovulation, and you are further along. I hope I'm wrong, I'm sorry.

go to the hospital they will test and let you know what your levels are i was worried about the same thing and couldn't wait for the doctor to retest so for your peace of mind and sanity go to the hospital because if not you will keep worrying yourself and something will go wrong
good luck

I think your doc wants you to wait also so she can do a pelvic exam. or an ultrasound. i'm sure she has good intentions on waiting, just make sure to ask a lot of questions when you see her next. and go ahead and ask this one too, and findout exactly why she made you wait. good luck to you.
