One week? Well I have been pregnant 4 times and each time the symptoms are not the same! One pregnancy I would get morning sickness late at night (nausea and vomiting), Another one I would be tired all the time and my breast would get sore. With my son, thank God I didn't have any symptoms!

Most people don't really start 'feeling' signs of pregnancy until they're about 5 weeks pregnant or so. At one week the only sign you'd have is that you've missed a period and a test was positive. Not until your HCG level gets to a certain spot do the symptoms really kick in.

I think you mean 1 week past conception, which is actually 3 weeks along, because a pregnancy is dated from the first day of your last menstual period so at 1 week you are having your period. So at 3 weeks, the embryo would be implanting and your period would still be about a week away, so there really wouldn't be any symptoms yet. Some women have implantation spotting.

The earliest signs I had, but didn't realize it until 8 weeks later were everything started to taste different, I felt tired often and certain foods (vegetables) made me nauseous thinking about them.

I think the typical signs are sore breasts, slight cramping...all the typical signs of your period. I am 25 weeks preg and when I took a test about 7 days after I missed my period I had no symptoms. The symptoms hit me about 10-12 weeks along

You will not know you are pregnant until fours weeks because pregnancy starts the day of your last period.

Nausea, sore breasts, possible implantation bleeding. . . Mostly a missed period and positive pregnancy test.

Missing your period. Every other symptom can be attributed to something else.
