We found out the hard way that programs like "Barbizon" are not all they say they are...to put it nicely! I have a few professional shots of her but they are not updated...braces. What is my next step?

Well you should try to get an agent. Try agentsassociation.com for a legit one in the US they have loads in each state. You should probably include some updated photos but that you can take of her and tell them that they are just snaps so they can see how she has changed slightly

A well-estblished modeling agency, representing top models.

They have a children's division.
Go to: fordmodels.com and look for the childrens division and mail a photo of your daughter to the agency.
If you are serious about her modeling you need to live in NYC. If she is accepted by a top agency they are going to wait for her to come from Pennsylvania for an interview or model shoot!
