Yup, naturally, they can't be printed on the last day and expect to ship!
Now is the time that if you know someone on the inside to slide them a fiver with a nod and a wink.

NO production here in the United State doesn't begin until a month before the actual release date, so they will probably start producing around June 19 - 21. The book will shio a week or two before the release date, and some stores like Barnes and Nobles will call those who reserved the book, so that they may pay for it before the release day.
